Served every evening with a seasonally changing offering in our Uckfield restaurant, our à la carte menu is peppered with modern British classics, using the finest seasonal produce, locally sourced where possible.
A roll call of delicious delights, the menu includes such temptations as pork and rabbit terrine with pistachio and apricot with onion marmalade; breast of Guinea fowl marinated with lemon, garlic and thyme; rhubarb mille-feuille with Gewürztraminer sorbet.
