Parva Restaurant in East Sussex
The Best of British
Parva is where the best of British meets the pick of the produce; its name might mean ‘small’ in Latin, but the dishes are big on flavour. Elegant surroundings meet unpretentious, modern British cooking, which uses the very best seasonal produce, locally sourced wherever possible. Perfect for fine dining in East Sussex. From an à la carte menu that changes seasonally, to all-day dining, light lunches, a fixed-price mid-week menu and afternoon teas, Parva has something for every palate and occasion. Non-residents are welcome to our restaurant too.
From one of the well-spaced tables, enjoy west-facing views of the setting sun; in winter, take drinks and coffee in The Royal Lounge; in summer, head to the Terrace and sip your favourite tipple as you look across the croquet lawn and South Downs.
We’re not expecting tuxedos and ball gowns, but we do have a smart casual dress code – out of consideration for guests for whom an evening at Parva is often a special occasion. So, no T-shirts or trainers, please. Thanks.
