Horsted Place is an exquisite Country House Hotel with 17 bedrooms, located just outside Uckfield on the A26 Lewes Road. Enriched in history dating back to 1850, our hotel was often enjoyed by royalty and the like throughout it's past. As one of the finest examples of Gothic revivalist architecture you’ll find in Britain today, Horsted Place definitely makes for a fascinating and impressive workplace. 

Roles and Responsibilities

We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Waiter to join our Food and Beverage Team, to assist in the running of our restaurant which is also open to non-residents for lunch, afternoon teas and dinner, as well as catering for private functions and events.

The successful candidate will be of smart appearance with high standards, good communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Full time position of 40 hours over 5 days per week, on a shift basis to include weekends.

Experience essential. Salary commensurate with age and experience.

Own transport recommended. Live in accommodation is available if required.
