Special Occasions

As the ideal venue for special family occasions, why not let Horsted Place cater for your birthday or anniversary celebration? The Library and Morning Room are ideal for smaller parties of ten to twenty-two, whilst the Terrace Room, with French Doors onto the beautiful gardens, can accommodate much larger gatherings.

Whether large or small, each event is treated with the same attention to detail that is shown throughout the whole hotel. There is no room hire charge for parties over 10, and with personalised menus of elegant cuisine, you can be assured that we take your special celebration as seriously as you do. Because of this, we welcome your personal touches and if you’d like to decorate the room with special photos, your own balloons and streamers or perhaps bring your own cake and candles, we’ll be happy to help.

For a party with the "WOW" factor, perhaps with music and dancing, Horsted Place is available for exclusive use for the evening and overnight. Guests have use of the public rooms plus all our twenty double/twin bedrooms and suites and we can cater for dinner for up to 100 people.

Children under 7 are welcome to attend these private events in the daytime but please be advised that only children over 7 can stay the night or attend evening functions unless exclusive use is taken. A children’s menu is available.
