Make Horsted Place your place for memorable dining

An elegant dining room, award-winning chef and impeccable service

The restaurant is welcoming and unpretentious with well-spaced tables, west facing views of the setting sun and discreet, friendly staff. When darkness falls, the room is bathed in candlelight, and ideal for a romantic dinner for two, whilst the relaxed atmosphere lends itself perfectly to corporate entertaining or a meal with friends.

Everything is homemade from the finest seasonal produce, and our a la carte menu changes daily.

The Restaurant is open to non-residents; with pre-dinner drinks offered in the laid-back comfort of the Drawing Room or on the stunning garden terrace.

In the evenings, the Restaurant is unavailable to children under 7, with Sunday Lunch being the perfect opportunity to bring the whole family together.

Breakfast is available to non-residents from 7.30 am - 9.30 am on weekdays. Why not meet a friend or colleague to start the day in style?

Lunch is served from Monday to Friday and Sunday from 12.00 pm - 2.00 pm. (A pianist plays during Sunday lunch, except in July and August.)

Dinner is served seven days a week from 7.00 pm - 9.00 pm
(A pianist plays during dinner on Friday and Saturday evenings)

It would be appreciated if dinner guests would observe our smart casual dress code out of consideration for other guests for whom an evening at Horsted Place is often a special occasion (no tee shirts or trainers).

Please note that Horsted Place will be closed for maintenance from 1st January - 13th January 2018 inclusive, re-opening for lunch on Sunday 14th January.

The house will be open for an Exclusive Wedding Viewing Day between 10.30 am and 4.00 pm on Saturday 13th January 2018.
